Position:           Business Administrator

Hours:              40 per week

Salary:             Above National Living/Minimum Wage

Location:          Rolls-Royce leisure association – Derby

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate who wants to be part of the administration team of an exciting and fast growing business. This position is working on the reception in the Company Store.

Job Description:

  • Be the first point of contact for members and customers
  • Deal with all member and business enquiries
  • Provide a sales assistant service for Rolls-Royce Giftware sales
  • Process payments via cash and credit card transactions
  • Process Membership Applications
  • Process invoices
  • Provide administration support when required
  • Provide Hospitality cover for our Conference rooms when required

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • IT literate to include Microsoft packages
  • Experience of cash handling and use of credit card facilities
  • Excellent customer service skills

This position is subject to a six-month probationary period leading to permanent employment if successfully completed.  This is an outstanding opportunity to develop a career in business administration within a blue chip company.
